Tranco Ltd is a complete support solution, established to assist with the management of all aspects of forming of structural alterations

Our vast experience in structural alterations, builders works, temporary works, structures, equipment and proprietary solutions enables us to provide a commercially beneficial solution for all your value engineering needs. Our important knowledge of build-ability and how sites and subcontractors work ‘in the real world’ is invaluable.

Tranco Ltd undertake all aspects of work in connection with builders works, forming structural openings and soft strip demolition. This ensures all works are carried out by one specialist contractor- Tranco Ltd.

All works are carried in accordance with the structural engineer’s temporary works design and conform to BS 5975:2008+A1:2011 – Code of Practice for Temporary Works Procedures and the permissible stress design of Falsework. All temporary works are checked using a ‘Permit to Load’ after insertion and a ‘Permit to Dismantle’ after permanent works have been completed.

Our specially trained operatives undertake the following works:

  • Diamond drilling for the insertion of needle supports

  • Diamond sawing to form the required opening

  • Supply and install all temporary works to support the uniform distributed loads

  • Breaking out & removal of debris from site

  • Supply and insertion of concrete pad stones

  • Supply and insertion of concrete / steel lintels

  • Packing and making good above all inserted lintels using brick / block

  • Removal of all temporary works systems

  • Infilling works where needles supports penetrated through the walls / floors

The Tranco site team were always punctual and willing to work on late if required to make sure tight deadlines were met, Health and Safety and house-keeping was excellent
